According to your drawings, we manufacture individual parts or subassemblies using our modern manufacturing machines and 30 years of experience. We continuously invest in new measuring technology, e.g. in the 3D measuring machine from Zeiss or the highly innovative Keyence sensor, which automatically measures the finished parts and simultaneously creates a measuring record.
Production machines are not neglected either. Most recently, we invested in another portal milling machine with a machining area of 6,000 x 3,000 x 1,500 mm as well as in a DMG CNC lathe and DMG CNC milling bench. This year, we will invest in a 4-axis machining center with rotary table. We offer various surface treatments, which we implement with our partners or in our new in-house paint shop. The quality of our products is ensured by our quality controls.
